You can download two sets of powerpoint transparencies from this site. The first set is a set that had been used in a one day workshop at the GOR 1999 meeting in Magdeburg Germany. The title of this workshop was: "Decision Support Systems for Planning and Scheduling in Practice".

The second set of transparencies comes from the company Cybertec (the largest planning and scheduling company in Italy). This set of transparencies contains some very nice examples of various user interfaces (Gantt charts, capacity buckets, etc).
